Zelensky confirms no change in the Ukrainian delegation as Russia, Ukraine to hold round 2 of talks

Russia and Ukraine are set to hold another round of negotiations. The venue for the second round of talks has not been revealed yet, the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that negotiations will be held today he added that there will be no change in the Ukrainian delegation.

What happend to the Ukrain's army? they have 200, 000 active personnel and 500, 000 reservists and paramilitary forces.+ global support for their ammunation and offense. I would understand sending untrained civilians ay young as 18 to the battlefield if the whole army is gone. Yes this is brave but I think its too early to send civilians.
