What's going on Initiate, Bird here and in this video we are going over one of the cut vaults in Fallout 4, we have Vault 117! This vault would have been just above Jamaica Plain if it was ever mad. The fallout lore is rich so I hope find this interesting and learn something new about the fallout world! AD Victoriam🖤

I played a Vault 117 mod and it’s story is that the vault was to test special vault Tec radiation gear. Unfortunately the vault found itself in what would become the glowing sea. As time progressed, radiation seeped into the vault, causing its residents to become sick and those that didn’t die turned into feral ghouls. It got so bad that the staff completely quarantined the lower levels, which soon became overgrown by brain fungus, all the while the overseer kept trying to perpetuate a false sense of security. It didn’t take long for the radiation to reach the upper levels and that led to a massive riot in which the remains residents began a violent shootout with vault Tec security. The story ended with the overseer committing suicide out of guilt and shame and the remaining residents either died or turned into feral ghouls.

I wish bethesda would remake fallout 4 to incorporate that original map and the cut content

When you go there in-game, Vault 117 is replaced by a small Yao Guai Cave.

Vault 117 should be about Valtec creating a Super Soldier named John & have an experimental Green Power Armor with an AI installed.

Saved it for the next game lol the engine they use is over 10 years old and you cant climb ladders and the shooting is janky. Great game though. Just needs a new engine
