This actually helped me because I know my younger sister has 1 tooth missing. This was after a swing accident where she fell off and landed on her face knocking two teeth out. She did have 1 of them start growing back. And right now she's got these retainer type prosthetics that clip to her molars and fill in the small gap she has so she can use it in her special ed school during speech learning. As she does struggle with words especially since the accident. There has been talk that a permanent prosthetic would be done when she's a young adult...but then one dentist suggested these at first until mum spoke about her intellectual disability and how it may be confusing for my sister. So they suggested to do the permanent prosthetic

I just got my braces at first you dont feel any pain but in the night the pain starts 😭it is so painful the your teeth will feel sensitive make sure you eat before putting it in the pain is real and when your braces is out you will need to wear retaniers for the rest of your life before you go to sleepif you forget to wear it for one day you teeth shifts back make all of those painful years of braces a waste of time i feel like its a scam😭

I have an overbite but I've never actually asked a dentist if i need braces, but if i do, can lingual braces help with the problem and if it does, are they very painful?
