1:55 I don't know what state you are in, but if you are in Washington state you are legally required to return personal papers and photographs found in storage units you buy to the storage operators so they can give the renter the opportunity to come and get them. They aren't part of the sale. You should box up the diploma and any other paperwork or photos you find and take it back to the facility.

My brother and I had a storage unit that had most of our belongings and everything we had left from my father who passed. We couldn't afford the storage fees and they locked us out.
We lost everything....
I really hope whoever appreciated what was in it and didn't just trash everything. That's the best I can hope.
