If you got tripped up at 7:40, he logged back into the Jupyter notebook and tried downloading as LaTex PDF again. MikTex required some more files that weren't found and so he changed the source for the first file. I assumed that his way was the easier option and also did the "remote package repository" setting. Click next and it populates a list of repositories to choose from. I recommend picking whatever you like for your country. I happened to also pick the Utah host that he did since I live in the west coast of the US. Once the repository is selected, that first required file will then be downloaded. About 100 more prompts for other files will populate but should automatically default to the repository you selected earlier for the first file. Just keep clicking away. Once MikTex is happy with its required files, you can finally download your notebook as a LaTex PDF. At least it worked for me.

I'm running Windows 10 Home.

It needs lots of clicking on the package installations (see 9:15 and so on), but it works!

MikTex console is not opening, It shows MikTex console is already running but I could not find it. Please help

That looked like a lot of trouble after the computer restarted and it does not work with Folium maps.... the maps do not appear in the pdf!
