I really don’t know why you people are complaining about the new entrance and the cost. It’s perfectly fine, especially since it’s just one final part of the 42nd Street Shuttle modernization plan as a replacement for an entrance right there that closed in 2019. Are you all okay? Did you all get up on the wrong side of the bed? All of the negativity is totally uncalled for.

The Times Square station has been a squalid eyesore for the longest time. It should have been renovated years ago as it is a major transfer point.

I can enjoy some phenomenal artwork, while I'm being robbed, stabbed, or shot at....and the Police Officers nearby will STILL be monitoring their phones.🤷🏽‍♂️

If it is not safe it is not accessible. The TA needs to take all steps necessary to make it safe, instead of whining about why they cant do any one particular safety feature. 200 people struck by subways in 2021 and 68 death, do the math for what that looks like over the next 10 to 20 years. Why isn't this an emergency

When is the MTA gonna start selling metro cards again! Half the time the vending machines don’t work! The agents are just watching and not working!
