Raiders need to level up the offensive line by a lot. It is amazing the plays they make when AOC isn't running for his life a half second after touching the ball.

When I seen the run game wasn’t producing I knew we were screwed. Adam’s wasn’t getting targeted and the rumors started. I stopped watching the games. And only the highlights when we won which was once’s every 2 months

The Raiders NEED a Superstar QB, a great WR, a legit RB, 2 OL, an OLB, & probably a DE!!! But most importantly, we need a Superstar Franchise
The "Controllers" of the NFL won't allow teams without a charismatic, talented, and popular Superstar QB Win Superbowls anymore... they can't make money off of them if they aren't capable of being the face of the NFL... look at how many bad calls go against teams playing the Chiefs or are not called against the Chiefs... it was the same thing with Brady and the Patriots... when Rogers won the SB, the Packers didn't have a Off. Holding Penalty called against them until week Which is utterly ridiculous!!!
WHY? Because NOBODY CARES TO WATCH A SUPERBOWL THAT DOESN'T HAVE AN EXCITING AND LIKABLE POSTERBOY QB PLAYING IN IT!!!
Think about it... would you want to watch Trent Dilfer vs Brad Johnson in the Superbowl...??? Maybe only for the 2 defenses, but that's not what people care about....
Or would you want to watch AOC on the Browns vs Minshew on the Panthers...???
Maybe only because it's former Raiders players, but not if they never played for the Raiders.
The whole thing is RIGGED anyway... so unless we Draft Shedeur Sanders and have a couple of really good off-seasons by signing the right Free Agents and a back to back A+ Drafts, it's going to be a really long time before we see the Raiders win Superbowls.
That's just the way it is. The NFL is as corrupt as boxing. It's BULLSH¡T, but that's the truth.

Raiders played like garbage this year. Mark Davis and his management team need to stop gambling when it comes to picking his players and coaches. Talking about this makes me miss Rich Gannon and Jim Plunkett before that.
