Slovenian Cheese Dumplings or Štruklji is a lovely side dish recipe made with filo pastry, cottage cheese (or ricotta), and sour cream. Great for any day. It takes less than an hour to make it, and both kids and adults love it. Feel free to serve Štruklji as a dessert with whipping cream and sweet breadcrumbs too.

Zar ne ide jedno jaje u tijesto? Vjerojatno nije obavezno kao što postoji i tjestenina s jajima i bez jaja. Ne znam kakva je razlika u okusu. Ovo izgleda jako lijepo i video je odličan, jasan. Nedavno sam bila u Bohinju i na Voglu jela ovo. Mislila sam da neću moći, izgledalo je ˝anemično˝ali je jako ukusno, uz dodatak jagoda i hruške ili jabolko u soku s cimetom i anisom. Super! Pokušat ću napraviti manju količinu kao i u ovom receptu. Hvala
