Finally someone reviews the PVD Turtle
Genuinely surprised that you were the first to do so,
always thought either Gary or Jody would be the first to review this 2019 San Martin model.

Personally I would have gone more for the Orange or Red but the blue works too.
Hope San Martin churns out more watches like this

Great watch, have the red sterile. Only thing I'd prefer is if date window matched colour theme rather than all white. These black watches wear surprisingly small i.e. great for us small wristers. Inspired me to get the all black Steeldive Tuna, also highly recommended, had to put it next to a regular Tuna to check it was same size, as def looks smaller. One where the blue AR coating gives it a beautiful shimmer too. Great review as always.

I just got one of these, the black/red one. Really pleased with it. I actually prefer the old style San Martin logo that is on the dial, not so keen on the hex logo they have now. Good addition to my collection :)

Thanks for a great review. One thing you mentioned was that having holes drilling in the lugs helps change straps. Maybe I am a bit thick, but I can work out how to use those holes. Sure, I can poke something in there to help remove spring bars when taking off a strap. But when I then want to put on another strap, can those holes help?

Great review, I really like this watch, agree about the blacked out logo... looks great as it catches the light. Has a Luminox vibe about it I think. Now what about the Phorcydes?!😂

Great review! I almost grabbed one until I remembered that I have a Seiko 5 Sports Streets collection watch (SRPD79) I haven't worn yet. I'm going to take off the stickers and wear it tomorrow. Thanks for the reminder. 😅 Update: As very nice quality the Seiko is, the blacked out lume is not very bright and I would like a screw down crown and 200m resist. Just ordered the San Martin all black dial version with green lume (last one in the official San Martin Aliexpress store) 😬 Thanks for convincing me to buy
