Bihar floods: Watch school building collapses into Koshi river

A part of a school collapsed into the Koshi river amid flooding in Bhagalpur area of Bihar. The incident that happened in the Naugachhia area was captured on camera by locals. The Koshi has been flowing above the danger mark after heavy rainfall in the state. Authorities have deployed rescue officials in different parts of the state. At the time of planning a school Bihar govt.doesnt see what was the history of highest flood level.. useless always..and that why they require more Budget..in Maharashtra there are zp school last longer than 100 year.. request to govt.of bihar plan it proper .
