I used to work in retail and the way I organize my clothes since I work there was to first sort by color and then sleeve length it makes things so much easier. I especially love her tip about having a basket for your handbag essentials when you switch out handbags I do that so often and sometimes actually lose stuff or forget which purse it’s in so that is a great tip

Great Little Hints! The way you Organize your Closet is Exactly how I do it! I've been a Fanatic about putting like colors together & keeping things a certain way! I actually keep all my pants/skirts in certain categories, by color & then my tops in categories by color! Handbags, by Color, go above that color scheme & shoes are color organized! We've always decided the night before what we were going to wear, my husband has a Valet Stand for shirt, jacket, trousers, & shoes on the floor below! When our boys were home they had their clothes "laid out" the night before including socks & shoes! I have my clothes hanging on the rack in front of the others, so I can just grab them & put them on, shoes & all! Each outfit has jewelry/scarf to go with it which I hang in a small bag with it! It's amazingly easy to get ready, no "Last of the Minute" decisions are necessary!

Yesss to the light bulbs!! The first thing we did when we bought our new house was change all of the light bulbs and it makes a HUGE difference 😍

The matching hangers thing is brilliant I swear. It looks so much neater. I have lovely wooden hangers, a friend uses black velvet. Makes a difference.
The essentials thing I have little things in a pouch. Bandaids, pain killers, etc. Makes it easier to grab stuff in the morning.
I have a full length mirror jewellery cabinet. It was the best birthday gift! EBay. Worth it!
