After watching this vid three times (too busy being hypnotized by her voice, red hair and blue eyes) I have been taking CoQ10. Feeling better.

Have been experiencing dreadful muscle problems and doctor advised to half my statins, but instead I doubled my CoQ10, added PQQ, D3, K1 and K2, and have woken this morning for the first time in ages with NO muscle aches:)

After being on lipitor for about 10months I could not ignore my worsening muscle weakness anymore. A blood test showed elevated Ck levels and I stopped taking lipitor. Started on COQ 10 and after six months I am back to feeling normal again. It definitely did wonders for me. Muscle weakness from lipitor was such a horrible experience. My legs felt like jelly.

I have been taking a statin for years and have had muscle pain all along. But when my doc increased the dose the pain was much worse all over my body. I told her about it and she said take Tylenol, you have arthritis. a friend told me about Coq10 so i started taking 200mg a day and within a month i have noticed a big difference. I have about 90% less pain and so much more energy. The only thing is my sleeping time is less, but i feel so much better. Why don't doctors tell their patients about coq10?

I'm in congested heart failure and Coq10 has helped with my energy level. I'm a sleeper, but instead of 16 hours a day, I'm only sleeping 12 hours.

My personal experience: Taking atorvastatin for a year and a very active 74 year old cyclist (5500 mi/year). I experienced quite severe muscle pain and longer than usual recovery after long, hard rides before my cardiologist recommended CoQ10 (200 mg). Afterwards, I feel much better and my recovery nights are basically pain free. Not quite scientific, but works for me. Just say’n.

The more I watch your videos the more at ease I am. So much of what you share agrees with my own personal research, and for that I am grateful. The more I educate myself the more comfortable I feel speaking to my doctors openly about things I question. Thanks Dr Sam!

I also saw a study that showed taking CoQ10 helped patients with fertility. I began taking it when I was struggling for 6 months to conceive, then we suddenly concieved fraternal twins! My friend was also struggling and I recommended CoQ10 and she concieved a baby afterwards too.

I had no history of twins in my family, but found a study that showed CoQ10 and it's links to fertility and possible hyperovulation. Very interesting indeed!

I read the studies by University of TX in Austin and studies in Japan showed a 25% higher survival rate in people with congestive heart disease. I told that to a friend with CHD and he started taking 100 mg a day and he said he felt a little better and he lived much longer than they said he would. Indeed he was supposed to die 8 years ago and is still going. He still is restricted, but is definitely doing better than he used to. He said his cardiologist now prescribes CoQ10 to his patients.

I've took coenzyme q10 with high dosage 400mg daily and the result was unbelievable, i got younger face and energetic body from the second week, but the doctor recommended to reduce the dosage from 400mg till 100mg as he said this is the safe one, and i recommend anyone not to take it at night, cause you'll never sleep...

Just letting you know I’m on atravastatin and I ached all in my joints. I started COQ10 and with in 1 month those aches were gone. They work with statins no doubt.

Hi Dr. Bailey, you're the best. I had a triple bypass about a year ago and the muscle pain from the 80mg/day Astovastatin was seriously affecting my quality of life. My Doctor reduced the RX to 40mg/day and it helped, but not enough. I wanted to stop the stations, but the Doctor said no. One day I found the CoQ10 info and started a regiment of 200mg/day for a week and then 100mg/day since. After only one week my muscle pain completely went away. This is not a coincidence, I battled the statin muscle pain for almost an entire year, this is truly cause and effect. Love your YouTube video content, keep it going. 👍

Hello and thank you Dr. Sam for providing this informative review of CoQ10. My Dr. has me on Atorvastatin and I had a nurse tell me about the benefits of CoQ10. I didn't fully appreciate or understand this supplement until watching your video. Thank you for helping me and so many others to make intelligent decisions about their healthcare. Your efforts make a difference. BobV :)
