How to get ANY RARE FISH with 20 Fishbait or less in Animal Crossing New Horizons [Fishing Guide]

In this video, I will show you to get any rare fish you want with 20 fish bait or less. Stringfish, Blue Marlin, or even Sturgeon, will all be yours with this simple trick!

To start, take 20 fish bait into your inventory and run to where you want to get the fish (I used pier for giant trevally in this video). Wait for the saving circle then set a timer for two minutes.

You have up to three minutes to perform this but I suggest two minutes to give yourself plenty of buffer room.

Throw the fish bait into the water and keep going until you get the fish shadow you want (if there are other fish of the same size you will just have to fish them).

Once the timer is up, close your game before it saves, then reopen it. You will find yourself back before any fish bait was used.

How this trick works is because the game saves every 3 minutes. If you were to reset your game, all the progress you've done before the 3-minute save interval will be gone. You can spam fish bait then reset your save to save time on making hundreds of fish bait!

I've been after the Mahi Mahi since may or whenever it became available. 1000s of fish bait used ever since.

Just to be clear because it not necessary said in the video, when you finally catch the fish you want, then you have to not reset and just lose the bait you used to get the fish. so you basically use 20 bait per fish kinda
