Please can you tell about officers ranks

Yeah man. We'd like to see the officer ranks promotion.

Yiu also mentioned officers get their own PLQ during their BMOQ-A, unlike enlisted that get it 3yrs into their military career.

Could you do a video or interview with a serving officer to share on the life opportunities and different outlook on careers, courses, training they are exposed to compared to NCMs and you contrast that with your own NCM experience, so we can see how 2 unique paths in the CAF work & what type of individual would be best suited for what path, irrespective of whethee they have a university degree or not.

Difference between the olive drab slip on vs the Velcro? If you have a tunic with an epaulette sleeve how will you attach the Velcro patch? Or are they each for different uniforms?
