so many memories, from Val being one of my first crushes on One Day at a Time, on to Van Halen being my favorite band with EVH being my favorite guitarist ever to Val and Ed getting married and Wolfie being born, to Ed's passing and now Wolfie all grown carving out a career of his own. the circle of life, what a ride. got this old guy getting misty-eyed too, Val. As the song played, I was whisked back to the days of listening to VH's first album in the parking lot at HS. Eddie had so many contributions to music and shaped the landscape of guitar players and sound with that album. Now, his greatest contribution is carrying on his legacy, writing his own music with the love and support of mom and fiancée in tow. The totality of the moment brought me to tears...
