If you want to achieve what seems like magic to others, it's through putting more work than anyone would reasonably expect!

I have to code and program because that is my thing but my hands hurt and speak code is possible but complicated, I am in a kinda bad mood because I want to take action but there is really big walls just to start. I'm trying exercise and some skills but I know I'm in my 1% of my 100% that I had before my hands hurt, and I did it because I worked so hard that I affect my health.
Any advice to take action when is more difficult than average?
