GINATAANG LANGKA WITH DILIS

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo langka/jackfruit
2 cups coconut milk
Dilis
Onions
Garlic
Scallions
Ginger
Salt
Pepper
Steps:
1. Boil the langka for about 20 to 40 Minutes until it becomes softer. Don't forget to put 3 pinch of salt.
- wash with water and drain.
2. Prepare the ingredients
3. Put 2 tbps of oil in the pot.
4. Sauté the garlic, onions, the when it's lil brown add the ginger and chili and dilis.
5. Add the langka and mix together.
6. Put some salt and pepper (depending on your taste).
7. Leave for 2 minutes.
8. Add the coconut milk.
9. Wait for 5 minutes and DONE!
