Watch live: Ex-Roger Stone prosecutor Aaron Zelinsky to testify before House Judiciary Committee

Aaron Zelinsky, the prosecutor who withdrew from Trump ally Roger Stone's case, will testify Wednesday before the House Judiciary Committee on political interference at the Justice Department. Zelinsky, who was a key deputy of former special counsel Robert Mueller, withdrew as a government attorney in February after the Justice Department moved to recommend a lighter prison sentence than the prosecutors had sought.

I think guidelines are not fair to anyone when the prosecutor is the one invoking the guidelines and in effect sentenceing because they take away discretion from a judge I always thought the judge could departe from the guidelines I also feel the same way about mandatory sentences.
