Matthew 6:25-34 | Do Not Worry

“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble."

This was our Wedding verse 32 years ago. ♥ Just before CVD hit my husband lost his 28yr job and we had to sell our house and drive across country with our adult child with Cerebral Palsy to be closer to family. I wrote those verses on our big white board in the living room (while we had to pack up)so that we wouldn't forget that God's got us in His hands and that we will trust in Him and His plan. He has been with us every step of the way!

Father God, thank you for this new day full of mercies and forgiveness of sins known and unknown, where I believe all will be well for me and my loved ones since you take care of us all! Lord, in accordance with this word and matthew 6:25-34, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 I bind to hell one to worry about things that one cannot change and are out of one's responsibility in my life, the lives of my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquitances, opponents and the body of Christ, binding to hell every unequal yoke and common share with anyone worrying about things that can not be changed and are out of one's responsibility, in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah ❤! Lately ive leet worry dictate my every waking moment..Moneey, bills, etc. And there have been concerns to be concerned...Hence, i cant begin to explain how God has beeeen sshowing up at the PERFECT TIME
! Theres logical explanation besides God providing at the exact moment its necessary..Theres no other way to rationalize it. I found this verse about a week ago just in passing on youtube, accidentally. Again, at the PERFECT TIME...Since then, along with Gods timely love and gifts...The worry and anxiety of what am i gonna do now, has gone away...And my connection to Jesus just keeps getttting stronger....I was BAD!! And he never gave up on me..I belong to him...PERIOD!

You should infact be concerned about the clothing that you wear. The original translation is different than what the English says. God says in the English translations to not worry about clothing - HOWEVER - I have gone through seasons in my life without adequate clothing and when I tried to ask for clothing from my church I was accused of sex crimes. I went with 1 pair of pants and shirts that were too small for ages. God says not to worry about clothing, but you should do whatever you can to get clothing. I still don't have adequate clothing to this day and am scared of physical churches as a lot of pastors own guns and shoot to kill (they believe God says to murder). God says he will cloth you of little faith in the English, but it DOES. NOT. HAPPEN. (I am living proof) it returns void. Idk what God wants people to teach, because there are incorrect translations of the Bible. You can even go online and to websites and find Christians without food and clothing further proving there is a misconception or mistranslation in the Bible. I am willing and wanting to teach everything Jesus Christ wants me to teach, but you can't vaporize theifs and other ways your clothing can get stolen etc. from you.
