The immigration website shows this application 90% processing time 32 months

Now I’m waiting 31 months

Hi Nick, i did assessments when i was offshore, came over to Australia on a 482 visa. My trade is licenced and i have done my context gap training and i now hold an australian qualification. Along the way my offshore assessments expired, if i need to apply for 189/190 do i have to redo assessments or my new australian qualification is sufficient?
