This is only the case for sentences that use the "proper order" of SOV(主動目). If you switch the words around, it becomes essential that you put the particles so that you are understood.


Examples:

私は貴方に勉強させる

勉強させる、私は、貴方に。
貴方に勉強させる、私は。
私は勉強させる、貴方に。


EDIT: I'd like to mention that this, although grammatically correct, is not natural speech. And here's a second example with を

貴方が私を強くする

私を貴方が強くする
貴方が強くする私を
私を強くする貴方が
