Ingredients
Oil
Okra
Garlic
Cumin
Curry Leaves
Green Chilli
Onion
Tomato
Turmeric Powder
Water
Milk

Heat oil in a pan, once the oil is hot enough, add the okra and fry them until the edges starts to turn brown, transfer it into a dish and keep aside.
Then, heat a bit of oil in a pan and add the garlic and cumin, toss them until the garlic is lightly softened.
After that, add the curry leaves, green chilli and onion. Toss them for a bit, then add the tomato, salt and turmeric power. Stir well and cook for a bit. Then, add the fried okra, stir well and add a bit water, cover and cook until all the moisture evaporates.
After that, add some milk, cook until bubbles starts to form around the edges, then remove from flame.
