Thanks for the video. Quick question: Is there a way to send an email to a user that filters their own data from an excel sheet and then sends them a pdf of the report? So, rather than manually selecting parameters and sending reports to each user, automate the process.

Hi, I'm getting the file to the email but when I tried to open the file, it is giving corrupted file error. How to over come this? Please help me here

Important question and help much appreciated. I am able to export my report as a PDF successfully but as soon as I use environment variables as Workspace Name and Report Name (Dynamic Content), I receive an error. The response is not in Json format.

When I use static values, everything is working well.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

how can we create same process for parameterized?
Example:- I have created a paginated report with ID parameter and used this link power bi report added hyper link to that ID in Power bi report.
now how we can automate this "If a user clicks the ID in power bi then the filtered paginated report will export it to pdf and send to that current email"??

Hello Laura, do you know if for the Power Automate flow, is it enough to have a Premier Per User license or you also need a Premium Capacity license (5k/month) ? I tried to do this automatic exporting for my Power BI report (not Paginated Report) and I can't without Premium Capacity, so I want to first know if it's worth the hassle of moving my report to Paginated Reports for the automatic export. Thank you!
