OH MY GOD JEWELROSE. Did you know I didn't even notice at first that you gifted me this amazing video? Well, now you do.
Since I helped you with this video you already know how much I love it and what points I think are absolutely adore, but here's a couple of them anyway:
0:12 "Or so she thought". The transition gives me chills.
Then, the Archie/Gold part of saying that she doesn't look well, leading up to 0:46 "I'm feeling nothing" makes me want to cry.
1:13, "But someday" and then Regina's hopeful sigh when she sees Henry - I hadn't pointed that out to you before but OMG this transition too, this scene cut in while Rumple still says "You'll come to me to fill it" is BRILLIANT.
1:28 with the mobile unicorns!!!! I can't stress enough how this is one of my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PARTS of Regina leaving and then Emma's introduction with those unicorns!!
1:38 the way it seems that they're looking to each other as Regina says she needed someone to destroy.
1:58 "happiness" coinciding with Emma's "thanks" YES YES YES (you're welcome hehehe)
I also LOVE the contrasting images from 2:17 onwards to see how Regina was and where she's now. And after, where you see how Regina continues to brighten every time Emma's saying she's helping her, from surprise to constant confirmation that Regina so desperately needs.
2:39 "LOVE" BEING PLACED WITH EMMA'S ENTRY AND WAY TO GO FOR BLURRING H**K. "Revel in that" at 2.42 and the transition to a smile :D :D :D
I'm sooo happy you chose to place the hug in the end and the forewarning of it earlier, and yay for adding the voiceovers with "hole" in the end to tie it back to the beginning.

Also on a general note, I'm in AWE how you group these terms together. the hole in her heart, happiness, finding her happy ending and the repetitive terms make it so much stronger.

Wow.. this was so good! I like how you brought it back to the conversations Regina had with Jiminy Cricket. That was a nice touch with the SwanQueen scenes.

The years pass and Swanqueen still makes perfect sense. It´s like it was made to fit perfectly in all the troops and forms of the fairy tales theory, like the ones of Vladimir Propp and Julien Geimas, as someone who has studied literary theory, it comforts me that so many readers couldn´t be wrong, but the bigots and greedy in I don´t know what level of production.

JEWEL! You used a Ludovico Einaudi song?! OMG I SCREAMED when I the video started and I heard the first three notes!! This song is the best! And you used it so well! Just from my first watch, the way you start slow with Regina talking to baby Henry and ending on the "she was lonely" part, and how that then transitions into the next part, when people start asking if something is wrong, and the music picks up as Regina begins to confront herself and change (and how that ties into breaking free from the monotony of the curse). And how Emma comes in when the violin begins to sing, just ***chefs kiss***

Okay I'm rewatching now to talk more about your editing because you went all out! First part, when Regina is like "that gave her everything she wanted, or so she thought, " that was such a CLEAN transition from her smile to her sadness. But the highlight of this video was how you utilized repeated dialogue and emphasizing it with the text overlays. I think you've watched so much OUAT that you've just picked up on the repetition of the writing, like I didn't realize people kept calling out Regina for having a "hole" in her heart. But you noticed, and you really drive it in when that word stays while the others fade away. You do this a lot, and idk exactly what to call it but I love it <3

And of course we need to talk about how Emma plays into the video. The part where Regina starts by saying she needed something to live for something to destroy and how it relates to s1 swanqueen is great! Emma really did give Regina that sense of life that she hadn't had in a long time. I also love that transition from Snow saying "your heart will find its way to happiness", and then it's showing Regina smiling at Emma saying, "welcome back, " love that little sneak ;) Also the part where it's like "if given a chance, " the way you transition to Emma saying " I couldn't have changed if I wasn't *given a chance*" Not to mention that clean fade from the word "if" to "wasn't" I barely caught that! Like I said above, you put these clips together that I would never think of doing and it makes something so unique!

"I made you a promise I intend to keep... my job's not done until I do that for everyone... everyone deserves their happy ending... including you." The combination of these clips together is--!

Okay I think that's the big stuff I noticed. I'm sure I'll find more stuff to gush over on another watch. Thank you for making such an amazing SQ edit and blessing the fandom! <3
