My husband just started singing this as he ate canned peaches. I have never heard this song and thought he made it up. He told me to YouTube it so here I am. Glorious.

I remember seeing these guys in the 90s when I lived in Seattle. It was just after they released their debut album and just before it became huge. I remember having pizza, amazing craft beer on tap, and being blown away at the performance. I really took all that for granted back then. I miss it so much now.

This is one of those mid 90's songs that stick in your mind, so as a kid and now my late 30's I'm "movin' to the country, gonna eat a lot of peaches. I'm movin' to the country, gonna eat me a lot of peaches!".

However, I never did move to the country... But I sure as hell ate a lot of peaches. 😎

Every time I eat peaches, I sing the first verse and chorus. And every time, my husband tells me I made it up. FINALLY after 11 years, we looked it up and I thoroughly enjoyed the MV!
