Fun fact: this is how mandu(Korean dumplings) are traditionally made because in the past, meat was very scarce compare to today. So, most people in history mix tofu with vegetables instead of meat as meat wasn’t readily available in Korea at that time. Minus the rice paper, but the filing is accurate to traditional mandu before meat become more readily available

I make these often and they’re so tasty! They take a bit of time and the rice paper can be tricky, but they’re salty, savory and crunchy. Very satisfying.

People the stuff he pours on top at the end is chili oil and the "dip" is sweet chili sauce -- both of which you can purchase in the asian section of grocery store 😊
