38:13 The fact that the song after this has Hamilton taking his kids to church and saying "And I pray, I never used to do that before." Which can be read as him finding God through the tragedy and just completely removing all subtlety and agency from Hamilton's character and just having a priest convert him ham-fistedly is very ironic and funny.
