I've got my annual drama from a troublemaking neighbour starting up again & really stressed in dealing with it & struggling to sleep, so I really appreciate having this to help me get to sleep.

I always find the new ones work best for me, for some reason - until I've heard them the whole way through, they are really good at putting me to sleep. Once I've heard them right through, they are still relaxing, but lose that really strong sleep power, so this, for me is PERFECT timing to get a new one & especially a Christmas one.
