I can't draft a pattern, watching u I get totally lost, But I can cut and sew something just by looking at the complete garment, I got fabric for the bottom, I just need to get something for the top, I'm excited to start on this top, thank u for uploading

why do you add 1-1 1/2 inch seam allowance on the sides, but then you just cut it off after you sew it?
