When i get a sugar craving i pop a slice of butter and let it slowly melt and cravings are gone. Amazing!

For best results, use lobster as a vehicle to get the butter into your mouth.

There's a big difference with American butter and European/newzeland butter. Pay a little more for better quality.

When I was a child I used to beg my mom for a spoonful of butter 😂 sometimes I’d go as far as grabbing a stick of butter and eating it all. The body wants what it wants

I'm from East Africa & I witnessed my grandmother & mother drinking melted butter. The fresh butter from cow milk is processed at home, & then melt it. They drink it early morning empty stomach. They have healthy hair, skin & bones. Thank you for sharing.

I actually eat slices of butter if I’m hungry inexplicably. It works.

And....my favorite food is BUTTER! When I don't have time for breakfast, I eat a pat or two of butter. Satisfied all morning.

This actually works. I ate too many carbs earlier in the day. This evening I still felt physically full but very unsatisfied and was craving food, but didn’t feel like eating. I ate about a tablespoon of butter on one cracker, and the craving went away completely within 10 min. It’s 2 hours later, and I’m completely satisfied still. Thank you.

Smart doctor. I use butter in my coffee every morning, it is a good start of the day.

I remember reading an account of an American visiting France who ate something off a dish on a table at the start of a meal and proclaimed to other Americans there that it was the best cheese she’d ever tasted… only to be told that it was butter.

I need better butter.

Doc!
You should try our artisanal butter(s) in Europe, specially from France and Switzerland. It is just plain delicious and so very healthy.

Grass fed cows, soon these cows will march, go up to the alps, (inalp), for their summer stay. No preservatives, just very flavorful butter.

Our ancestors never, ever became Alzheimer’s disease. They died of old age, different illnesses, accidents but they were ever hardly sick with Alzheimer’s and other degenerative illnesses.

Our genetical pool hasn’t changed so dramatically in 60 years. Going back to healthy natural fats like butter, tallow, lard, olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, are the solutions. I wish I could take you for a tour here in Switzerland where things are still done traditionally. Cheers

I've started using ghee, which doesn't cause me to get sinus headaches the way butter can. Ghee is the most delicious clarified butter, and putting it on your fresh vegetables, potatoes, pasta and toast is a trip to Paradise. It's not cheap, but it will last a long time.

“They” told us to stop eating butter decades ago because they knew it was good for us. “They” told us to eat margarine instead which is bad for us. Always do the opposite of what “they” tell you and you will be fine. The good fats in butter will keep you full and thus you eat less. 50-60 years ago people ate butter all the time, and everyone was looking good! “They” are about 100 years ahead of us, stay safe.

I grew up eating margarine, but when I got married my husband would never eat it and only ate butter, he would not allow me to buy margarine (because it is not natural and is unhealthy) from supermarkets and never let our kids eat it too. he kept telling me ONLY butter, up to this day that is what we use as a substitute for oil in most of our cooking!

I cook most of my meals with butter instead of oil, I just find it gives more flavour to the food
