I don't know if it is really an easter egg, but I recently discovered when you use Google maps timeline you can edit your movement to pokemon go instead of like walking or cycling etc.

Don't know if you covered this but if you tell Google assistant "I used to be an adventurer like you" it will respond with "Dont let that arrow in your knee hold you back from the life of your dreams" which is a major hint to popular game Skyrim, where random guards and npcs will say "I used to be and adventurer like you, until I took an arrow to the knee" just thought that was neat!
