Can you consider contract helpers as 1099. I always thought that the contractor had to have full control on job much like a driver. Just wondering the tax laws on casual labor helpers. I know some apps . The customer has to hire the helpers separate for insurance purposes. For now I've only used friends family and sometimes il give the customer options to hire their own labor and I just provide truck. At the moment I'm the only guy driving the truck and I don't have employees.
