How to download Python
Download Pygame module using pip
pip install pygame --pre

TO FIX THE ERROR
Module 'pygame' has no 'init' member

GO TO
File - Preferences - Settings

enter

- - ignored-modules=pygame

and done .

Don't do that, if you do that you will not see any error at all not only pygame error
