Agile transformation means reinventing the technology of human accomplishment. That is a process in which a change in leadership mindset plays a big role. We all know that the alignment of the Management Committee with the agile paradigm shift is key. This is what will allow (or not allow) a sustainable cultural change. We also know that this alignment is even more difficult if the Steering Committee is not prepared to work as a "real" team.

We talked about:
- The role of leaders in an agile transformation
- How we transform people "at the top"
- What enables continuous agile transformation
- How we generate awareness, and a desire for change
- What it means to "broaden consciousness"
- The main reasons why sometimes agile transformations fail
