IMPORTANT: you want to use LS when your gpu is not maxed out. This is the only way to obtain smoothness and low input lag. Cap your fps to a stable value and then use LS for best result

you should really try the LSFG resolution scaling option out, it's not what it sounds like. The developer stated yesterday that he's going to change what the setting is called because it is misleading. But anyway it improves performance a lot and doesn't actually scale the resolution of the frames, so it barely looks different. Apparently it just changes the resolution the motion interpolation is done at. I go as low as 50% on my 1440p monitor with little visual impact

Lossless Scaling works very well but when rotating, most “heads” and signs have terrible tearing/phenomena. One other issue is: when you turn LS on, you lose around 25% of the REAL performance, that’s a huge deal!!!

You basically have 45 REAL fps and when you turn in on, it drops to 30 REAL fps and plus 30 fake fps. I can’t say if I prefer 45 real fps or 60 fps with ghosting and other visual issues…

From my part I rather use AFMF2 that has less overhead and when it doesn’t work, eventually LS. But it’s a great buy/tool and maybe the developer finds out a way to further improve the overhead and visual quality.

I’ve trying using the combination mapping on my Ally X and it never works for lossless scaling for. It’s as if it doesn’t save the changes on armory crate but shows the change in the settings

I used this in Dark Souls 3 and my character's head splited into 3 parts when I swung the camera around.

I have an Ally extreme and use RSR from 720p and afmf2 whenever possible. Would lossless scaling upscaling and frame gen work better?

I'm currently using it on my 3060 laptop and it works great since there is no frame gen on 30 series devices.

Just wondering what would be better between this and AFMF2. Adrenaline also crashes a lot. Lol
