Omg I am SO in LOVE with this car already knew but this sold me even more lol. Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you mentioning the LATCH anchors in both seats in the second row and the one button touch option and also actually mentioning and showing that ALL of the seats in the third row also have latch anchors and you showing how you can slightly recline that seat in the third row which SOLD me because that allows you to get a good car seat install using the latch in the third row seat being able to slightly recline the back of the seat the way you did. I’m sure that’s nice for just reclining in general for a person sitting back there but it’s almost as if Kia intentionally did it like that to make it easier to install a rear facing car seat. Also you deserve a gold medal no joke for understanding and mentioning that the LATCH anchors are in the front part of the seat inside and what you were showing on the rear side of the back seats from the trunk are the TETHERS needed that you attach a tether that’s on the car seat to that thing in the back behind the seat when you are looking in from the trunk which secures a car seat that is FORWARD facing. You only use the latch or lower anchors inside of the front part of the seat for installing a rear facing car seat and don’t use those things on the back side of the seat for a rear facing seat. You KNEW this and were going through it quickly so didnt really go into detail but said enough that I understood what you were talking about it and was like “OMG THANK YOU FINALLY a SOMEONE MENTIONED THIS!”. I’ve tried to find if this specific telluride had the latch in the third row and if Kia allowed for rear facing car seat installation in the third row/if there was enough room to get a good rear facing install and haven’t been able to find that info ANYWHERE and no one at 3 different dealerships had any idea what I was talking about. They kept showing me the tethers on the back of the seat you look at from the trunk saying they were the latch anchors and I was like “no those are the forward facing tethers what about the rear facing lower anchors or do you need to install with the seatbelt in the back row?” and they were like “no you just clip the things attached to the car seat when it’s facing the back to this thing behind the seat and that’s it.” 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was like”please please never tell people that I’m an advanced child passenger safety technician(car seat tech) and test car seats for a living so knowing this was important to me and I couldn’t believe how many people were giving such dangerous info about the car seat safety stuff with the car at the dealership. You are the first person I’ve seen to mention it and know what they are talking about and It’s SO appreciated. A lot of people looking at this car likely have kids and deal with car seats so I think it’s so important to mention since it’s not something easily found online about the vehicle itself!

I love that it doesn’t drive like a boat or this HUGE SUV and reminds me more of driving a mid size SUV but there is actually SO much space. Even with all 3 rows there’s so much trunk space still and I love that they made the third row seats small with the latch and ability to slightly recline the seat so you can fit a car seat but it helps the entire car feel a lot less massive than so many of the SUV’s with 3 rows. I’m still honestly shocked that it has so much room but doesn’t drive like a giant 3 row suv, the turning radius is great and it pulls into even a tight parking space like a dream. Add in all the other amazing features and it’s seriously the SUV I’ve wanted and been waiting for for SO long. I actually want this EXACT specific one in the video same exterior and interior colors and everything but as you mentioned they are SO hard to get. If someone from another state gets it from you do you deliver it to them or do they come to you to pick it up? Are you getting any more of this one anytime soon or know how the heck I find one ANYWHERE in the US. At this point I will fly across the country if I have to in order to find one lol. I feel like I need to know someone who knows what’s up with Kia and what vehicles are coming out to where but the dealerships near me are clueless and may as well have a whole in their heads. 😂 I know people have complained about its price but all you need to do is watch this video to see exactly why it’s worth every single penny! So so so many amazing and cool features and it really just feels so luxury with this specific trim and colors.

Also one final thing I just thought of. Not sure if you will know this but if you just have an infant car seat base only in the captains seat in the middle without the actual car seat clicked into it yet, do you think it’s possible with the push button feature that moves the seat to push it and have the seat move with the car seat base only installed so the seat just moves forward and then a child can climb into the backseat? I am guessing it probably wouldn’t work for a big regular car seat to be able to move the seat with it installed but I will have a convertible car seat on one captains chair in the middle, a car seat base on the other that an infant car seat will snap into and then need to have another child in the back row. So want to make sure the back is accessible and can still move the seat without needing to completely uninstall the infant car seat base piece from the lower anchors. Thanks SO much and great video!
