One problem this spring, not related to COVID 19, are grain producers across the Midwest, including some in Kentucky, dealing with grain quality issues in storage bins that are causing problems during unloading. As producers deal with these issues, it is important to follow proper bin management techniques, to avoid a serious injury or even death.

The College of Agriculture, Food and Environment serves the people of Kentucky and the world, through unparalleled teaching, transformative research and relevant service to farms, families and communities. The college proudly continues to build upon its land grant tradition with a strong commitment to improve lives and to build a sustainable future.
