**Oat Porridge Whole Wheat Bread**
**Starter:**
- 30 g sourdough starter
- 30 g flour
- 30 g water
**Oat Porridge:**
- 50 g rolled oats
- 100 g water
**Dough Ingredients:**
- 140 g whole wheat flour
- 200 g bread flour
- 230 g water
- 8 g salt
- All of the starter
- Oat porridge
- 20 g olive oil
- 30 g honey or molasses
In the morning, mix 30 g sourdough starter, 30 g flour, and 30 g water. Prepare the oat porridge right after feeding the starter. Cook the oats with 100 g water on the stove until the water is absorbed, then let it cool. Once the starter has doubled in size (after about 4 hours), mix all the ingredients at once and knead until you get a nice texture. Place the dough in an oiled container and perform two folds, each one hour apart. After another hour of resting, shape the dough and place it in a loaf pan. When the dough has risen to the top of the pan, preheat the oven to 220°C. Bake the bread on the lowest rack at 190°C for 40-45 minutes. After baking, cool it on a wire rack. Enjoy!
For the sandwich bread, slice it and toast each side in a pan with a little butter.
**For the Hamburger:**
- 500 g ground beef
- Salt
- Black pepper
Shape the ground beef into round patties of your desired size and place them in a heated pan. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt. Press down to flatten the patties. Cook the onions along with the patties. Cook both sides of the patties. Add cheese on top and cover the pan until the cheese melts slightly.
**For the Sauce:**
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 or 2 pickles (finely chopped or grated)
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder or grated garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt
- A bit of black pepper
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a jar.
