Thanks Andy, great content! Shame Chase boost on rates ends in November! Let me know if the close account hack works. I would love to be eligible again for a bonus rate until January 2025

Mhm, inflation is 2%... I have magical power and predict it to be around 4.5% in 5 months, I mean CPI, core is currently 5.9%.

I love chase and starling but they never have switching offers and their offerings just aren't strong enough. Starling is particularly weak.

Great watch query us the interest monthly or yearly???? Also I can't seem to find any details regarding the funding window??

Account name7 years Fixed Term Deposit
What is the interest rate?4.50 % AER
AER is the Annual Equivalent Rate and represents what the interest rate would be if interest was realised and paid once each year.

Interest is calculated daily and paid annually back to your Raisin UK account. Interest will be paid gross without prior deduction of tax.

Shame Chase boost on rates ends in November! Has anybody tried to close the account to see if still eligible again for a bonus rate until January 2025?
