It's called the power of suggestion. Let's put it out there, see how it is received by the community, then line up on line to make the changes. Kinda like everything else they do. They excommunicated Bishop, Steve for not wanting to do child Bishop interview s, then slowly made changes. How many years? Let's see what happens. I think they will in time. No scriptures in the Book of Mormon or Doctrine and Covenants talk about this subject there's nothing against it. So they have an out now.
