Belief represses doubt. Experience clears it. Hence one should set off for the journey of spiritual experiences, before getting influenced by any spiritual belief.

A doubt that accompanies your life journey to make it more rewarding and outcome oriented is a high quality doubt.

Both are necessary. Inner conviction on the direction one is pursuing and alert reasoning on the steps one is charting
