The Hyrule Field Tower is right next to a shrine with a stake puzzle. Grab the stakes outside the shrine and stick them to some logs from the trees to make a kick ass seige ladder over the barrier and totally bypass the enemies

Honestly doing the Hebra Skyview Tower before doing the Rito Portion Main Story can be helpful as you can just sky dive down to Rito Village after getting the Map data

The Sahasra tower one I found really confusing. When you talk to him again he mentions caves at the bottom of the hill where he used to pick mushrooms, so I thought I had to bring him something. I looked everywhere for another cave after clearing that one, since it only held brightshrooms and that wasn't it. Thanks for the help as usual!

I spent too much time trying to find mushrooms for that bird man. What a pain. I tried ascend once and it didn’t let me in so I gave up.

The Eldin tower was actually pretty easy for me. I didn’t consider to use recall on one of the sky island chunks. Instead, I used 4 springs and stacked them on top of another with fuse. They launched me high enough to drop into the tower.
