It is funny, but it was done unintentionally. Jessica played it off well and had a laugh about it. I've never heard Yan say anything negative about any of the women in the division with the exception of Rose for bringing up politics before her match against Zhang which was used to turn the crowd against her opponent. There was a lot of anti-Asian (especially if you were Chinese) attitudes from people during that time and I thought Rose used those feelings to get the crowd behind her, which was a pretty sorry thing to do. Yan was correct in pointing that out. She is a scary competitor but comes across very humble outside the cage.
