What’s the worst thing Thanos has ever done?. He killed half of the people in the universe to impress lady Death,he tortured a guy every year on his birthday because he felt like doing it,but what’s most evil thing Thanos has ever done?
With control over the time gem, he could see the future and in his visions he saw something with potential,potential to do something so evil that only Thanos could find amusement in this.

Comics like this just make you think ''Hold on Tony Stark, Bruce Banner and Reed Richard are in the Marvel universe. There should be no diseases or poverty on Earth because of the technology they created. They travel the Universe in space ships they invented on a weekly basis. How is the day to day life of civilians identical to real world when this level of technology exists.''
Some random episodic character has to dedicate their life to do something our ''heroes'' could do already if they bothered.
