How to easily insert or remove computer ribbon cables!

I'm working on an Acer laptop, here are two kinds of cables you might run into.

Asus Attached two Ribbon Cables To The Damn LID of the laptop lol.
Ive never dealt with this stuff.
I build desktops not laptops lol

The ones with clamps are easy, the ones that you push are extremely difficult by hand, best bet is flat thin forceps, grip in middle and push firmly. Just did a mega awkward one, had to use a tool as there was no way it was going in with fingers. 😂
