Sir, we need our fee reciept and id card /bonafide certificate / admission letter to apply for SBI Asha scholarship, how can we get this from IIT madras (bs degree data science)

Shame to the iit Madras, students are facing issue on the dashboard, when they click on mathematics then english subject opens, IIT. Madras is careless, we tried to call on the support number, tried to mail, they said issue is solved but issue is still there nothing happened, who is responsible for this, what if student could not submit the assignment on time, who will bear the mental pressure
