Shell needs to get the hell out of Nigeria.   There should be at least a fifteen year moratorium on oil production in Nigeria and it should continue until the oil industry comes up with cleaner and fail safe technology and is ready to put in it in place.   Further Nigeria needs to get back making commodities, agriculture for expoert, technology, tourism etc.
