I cannot tell you how much money I used to waste shopping sales. There is a huge difference between getting something you've had on your wishlist on sale and shopping a sale. I used to scroll through every sale page on websites I liked looking for something to buy so I wouldn't miss a deal! It pains me now to think how much time and money I wasted, not to mention all the ethical and environmental implications from buying shit I didn't really want or need for it to end up in a landfill.

Crazy because I recently got addicted to shopping online for hours and hours to the point that I sometimes get agitated when I'm not shopping. I unfollowed all the creators pushing products in my face and deleted my online shopping apps as well as clearing out my YouTube and Pinterest feed. Whenever I have the urge to want to go buy something, I pay a bill/pay down cc debit first. That normally knocks the wind out of my sail to go spend more money(while still "buying"/paying down debt) I still get my fix of spending money
