For everyone calling out KVTB for "speculating": All coverage of all crimes is "speculation and not fact" until the suspect is found to be or pleads guilty. That's where careful linguistics kicks in. For example: allegedly, in my opinion, the evidence points to, etc. There has been an unconstitutional gag order put in place for this case for months now. I appreciate reporters who are willing to dig deep to come up with information and possible theories, as well as experts who are willing to share their opinions. Ultimately, Kohberger is innocent until proven guilty, which we all know. That doesn't mean he didn't do this or speculating about what probably happened is wrong.

His route after the murders is very incriminating. He has demented eyes in every photo of himself.

I saw the show last night with Matt Perry's stepdad.

1. Why didn't the roommate who saw the guy with the "bushy eyebrows" call the cops when there was an intruder in the house in the middle of the night?

2. That roommate ordered Door Dash. Did that food arrive? What time?

3. Who discovered the four dead people and at what time?

4. If Killberger was so smart, he would have left is phone on and at home...duh.

It's irresponsible for KTVB to talk about anything except the procedural matters when the state has yet to even present the charges. The grand jury indictment will happen Monday but it's just plain irresponsible and immoral to speculate until that happens.

Remember when journalistic integrity was a thing?

Excellent interview. I hope all the people following the case see this, and the Dateline report. Most especially, I hope the few women who believe they are in love with him also watch both.

Having purchased a Kabar before moving to Idaho doesn't mean Bryan anticipated doing any crimes. How many Kabars were sold by Amazon so it's not unusual.

To me this case has nothing to do with being awkward and it's a shame people are pushing this narrative not to mention damaging his future.

A person who spends 10 years in education to advance themselves is a person who has a mind-set accomplishing their goals.

I just watched the episode, it was very good.

In a case like this people want to be certain that they have the person responsible. The amount of circumstantial evidence alone is likely to convict him.I don't think that he would still be sitting in jail if he was able to answer some questions and prove his innocence.I think that it is more likely that people had a bad personal opinion of the victims.

He was asked to install the cameras, you don’t usually ask someone to do that unless you trust them. Wrong about visual snow, that was someone else who posted that. When you say you believe this or you believe that, you are merely speculating on what you assume to be correct, doesn’t make it a fact.

Retirement

The admission that an officer involved in the investigation of Bryan Kohberger, who has been charged with four counts of first-degree murder and felony burglary in connection with the fatal stabbings, is being investigated could potentially affect the criminal proceedings, although it is unclear how significant the disclosure is since the information was sealed by the court.

Because the details of the investigation are sealed, it is not clear who the officer involved is or how central to the case they are. It is also unclear why they were being investigated.
