this was very helpful. it's really important to keep nozzle cover clean, b/c it collects a lot of dirt and debris. dirty water will leak all over the floor if it's not cleaned often. this video showed how to remove and clean it.

That’s a pretty limited explanation for “won’t dispense”. Aren’t there other parts, like an internal pump, that may have gone bad?
